- Salmon fillet
- Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)
- Parmesan cheese
- Pumpkin seeds
Salmon and Asparagus Caesar Salad
- 1 package of Little Gem salad
- 2-4 pieces of salmon- grilled
- 1/4-1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 bunch of asparagus- cooked
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (optional)
- Parmesan cheese shaving
- Season the salmon fillet and grill until golden brown.
