Salmon and Asparagus Caesar Salad

of salmon- grilled
1/4-1/2
cup
Caesar dressing

bunch
of asparagus- cooked
1/4
cup
pumpkin seeds (optional)
Parmesan cheese shaving
Instructions
Season the salmon fillet and grill until golden brown.
Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 2–3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Arrange Little Gem lettuce on a plate. Top with asparagus and grilled salmon.
Drizzle Caesar dressing over your salad and top with generous shavings of Parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
