Salmon and Asparagus Caesar Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of Little Gem salad
  • 2-4 pieces of salmon- grilled
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 bunch of asparagus- cooked
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese shaving

Instructions
 

  • Season the salmon fillet and grill until golden brown.
  • Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 2–3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Arrange Little Gem lettuce on a plate. Top with asparagus and grilled salmon.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over your salad and top with generous shavings of Parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
