  • dates
  •  chia seeds
  • Kefir
  • water
  • cocoa powder
  • tahini
  • mixed berries

Chocolate Tahini Chia Pudding

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Servings 4 people


  • 4-5 dates, pitted

  • 1 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of Kefir
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp of tahini
  • mixed berries for garnish


  • Add tahini, cocoa powder, kefir, water, and dates to a blender and blend well until smooth. Stir in the chia seeds.
  • Place the mixture in individual serving glasses and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove and garnish with fresh berries and mint, if desired. Enjoy!
