Chocolate Tahini Chia Pudding

Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- 4-5 dates, pitted
- 1 cup of chia seeds
- 1 cup of Kefir
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp of tahini
- mixed berries for garnish
Instructions
- Add tahini, cocoa powder, kefir, water, and dates to a blender and blend well until smooth. Stir in the chia seeds.
- Place the mixture in individual serving glasses and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove and garnish with fresh berries and mint, if desired. Enjoy!
