Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound scallops
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound crab meat
  • 3 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons liquid aminos
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup clam juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

Melt Butter:

  • In a large pot, melt the grass-fed butter over medium heat.

Saute Garlic:

  • Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant.

Add Seasonings:

  • Sprinkle in the celery seed, white pepper, and paprika. Stir well to combine with the garlic.

Add Liquids:

  • Pour in the lemon juice, liquid aminos, and tomato paste. Stir until the tomato paste is well incorporated.

Pour in Clam Juice:

  • Add the clam juice to the pot and stir. Let the mixture come to a gentle simmer.

Add Seafood:

  • Gently add the scallops, shrimp, and crab meat to the pot. Stir to combine and let them cook in the simmering broth for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.

Finish with Cream:

  • Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir gently and allow the mixture to heat through without boiling, for about 3-5 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.

Serve:

  • Once everything is heated through and the seafood is cooked, serve your Seafood Pan Roast hot.

Serving Suggestion:

  • This dish pairs beautifully with buttery biscuits or crusty bread, perfect for sopping up the delicious sauce.
