  • 2 lbs wild-caught salmon (whole piece or fillets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs de Provence (or any other desired seafood seasoning blend)
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Preheat Your Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for a few minutes.
  • Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. This helps the olive oil and seasonings adhere better and ensures crispy edges.
  • Season the Salmon: Place the salmon on a plate or a cutting board. Drizzle evenly with olive oil. Sprinkle Herbs de Provence, sea salt, and black pepper all over the salmon. Rub the seasonings in gently to coat the surface.
  • Add Lemon Slices: Arrange the thinly sliced lemon evenly on top of the seasoned salmon. This adds a fresh, zesty flavor that complements the herbs beautifully.
  • Cook in the Air Fryer: Transfer the salmon to the air fryer basket. Make sure it’s in a single layer to cook evenly. Air fry for about 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The exact time might vary depending on the thickness of your salmon.
